So nowadays I'm about 500000% stressed and I'm loving uni all the same. However, what I think is a biiiiiig issue is that I make myself this stressed, for no reason at all. Also, it triggers my allergy, which is fun.
Anybody got any ideas on how to relax? I subconcsiously stress and, before I know it, my skin starts to prickle. It doesn't help if the weather is wet or too hot, because then I anticipate my allergy and get stressed anyway.
Hoping you guys have had an awesome first week at uni! And for those of you who are music students or if you know music students, tell them to come down to the MUSIC BIBLE STUDY (run as part of StudentLife at uQ), held on monday 3 - 4!
